Shipping and Delivery Times
Please note that shipping times and delivery times are different. Shipping refers to the time it takes for an order to leave our warehouse and be handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery refers to the time it takes for the package to reach its destination after it has been shipped.
Approximate Shipping Times
1 to 3 business days
Approximate Delivery Times
USA: 3 to 7 business days
Canada and Europe: 7 to 15 business days
Latin America and other regions: 15 to 30 business days
Total delivery time should be calculated by adding the shipping time to the approximate delivery time for your destination. These are estimated business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times may also vary due to customs processing or carrier delays that are outside of our control.
Refunds and Shipping Charges
Refunds for returned items will not include any shipping or handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and any refund issued will not include the original shipping cost.
Local and Import Taxes
Our shipping fees do not include any local duties, customs charges, VAT, or import taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any fees required for the release of packages and final delivery. Failure to pay import taxes or refusal of a package may make the order ineligible for refund.
Restocking Fee for Damaged Packaging
A restocking fee of 20% of the product’s full cost may be charged for returned items. If the packaging, barcodes, or labels are damaged or not in their original condition, the restocking fee may be up to 100% of the product cost, as the item may no longer be eligible for resale.
Package Combination
To streamline fulfillment and improve shipping efficiency, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment when appropriate. Combined shipments may involve higher internal shipping costs due to added weight, volume, and handling time. Shipping charges on combined orders are non-refundable.
To help reduce shipping complications and costs, we encourage customers to place one larger order rather than multiple separate orders.
