By placing an order with Podio, you acknowledge and accept our Terms of Service, including this Refund Policy, at checkout.
Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused

Unwashed
-
In original condition
-
With tags attached
-
In original packaging
-
Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
Because Podio sells activewear, all returned garments must show no signs of wear, stretching, perspiration, or laundering.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Sports bras, compression tops, leggings, shorts, or fitted garments that have been worn or tried on beyond basic fitting

Any item with removed tags

Washed items
-
Sale items
-
Items purchased with discount codes or coupons

Clearance items
-
3-Pack or bundle items
-
Gifted or courtesy items included with an order
All eligible sale items are considered final sale unless we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived defective.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are sold as final sale.
These products may contain minor cosmetic imperfections caused by storage, packaging, or warehouse handling that do not affect wear or function. Because of their discounted pricing, clearance items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange process, please use our Returns Center to request authorization.
Exchange Ineligibility
The following orders are not eligible for exchange:

Sale or discounted orders

Coupon purchases

Clearance purchases

Orders containing free items

Reshipped orders due to customer input errors or stolen package claims

International orders (outside the Lower 48 USA), unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged
If duplicate sizes of the same item are ordered for try-on purposes and one or more items show signs of wear, all related items may be deemed ineligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Finality
Once an exchange has been completed, it is considered final. We do not offer second exchanges.
Please choose replacement items carefully.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you state the package was not received, we may review the case and, at our discretion, offer one replacement shipment.
If approved:

Only the same original items will be resent

No refunds will be issued

No style, color, or size substitutions

Maximum one replacement shipment per order
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
Fees and Charges
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a standard $9.99 shipping fee may be deducted from eligible refunds for Lower 48 USA orders.
Orders shipped outside the Lower 48 USA are generally refund-exempt unless caused by our error.
Product Care and Warranty
Once a product has been worn, damage may occur from workouts, washing, sharp surfaces, friction, or improper care.
Because we cannot verify post-delivery treatment, we do not offer warranties on worn items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
Import Taxes and Fees
Shipping charges do not include local duties, VAT, customs fees, or import taxes.
Customers are responsible for these charges. Refused packages or unpaid customs fees may make the order ineligible for refund.
